Don Bosco Youth Centre is situated in Chingola District of Copperbelt Province. The Centre has a Technical training institute that has been running from 1992. It has been training youths in various vocational skills like: Metal Fabrication & Welding, General Agriculture, Carpentry & Joinery, Brick laying and Information Technology.
Don Bosco Technical Training Institute has been graded one by the Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority in Zambia, meaning it’s a very good training institution with well established procedures in terms of management systems, management staff having the requisite minimum qualifications and experience, accredited trainers, appropriately equipped workshops, enough classroom space, well stocked library, ICT facilities and equipment and adequate sanitary facilities.
